Concert information

 

Summer Concert - Saturday 21st June at All Saints Church, Hitcham

Rehearsal 3.15 for 3.30pm; concert at 6.30pm

ARRANGEMENTS

There is one toilet in the church but no space for changing so please come in concert clothes.

Limited parking so car share if possible. See below for directions.

Refreshments after the concert will be strawberries and fizz. Hitcham organisers really need to know numbers for this so audience tickets can be bought at our rehearsals @ £12. If people want to buy on the door then Hitcham church need to know in advance. Choir who are staying for refreshments can buy a ticket at our rehearsals @ £4.

Hitcham organisers will provide tea on the day but bring own food for between the rehearsal and concert.

• DIRECTIONS AND PARKING
• Hitcham church is off the B1115. Parking is in the church car park accessed from Fen Lane. DON'T use the church postcode as you will go up a dead end. Use IP7 7NN for SatNav or What3Words  expel.materials.magically  There is then about a 150 m walk. Let Hitcham organisers or HCS committee know of serious mobility problems and a space can be saved on the small church green.

 

Dress for the Summer Concert

As the forecast is for very warm weather:
Women - long black skirt or trousers, black top with long or short sleeves, no scarf

Men -  white shirt, no tie

 

Dress for Autumn & Spring Concerts
Women - long black skirt or trousers, black top, a touch of something red

Men - dinner jacket, black tie
